The NEXT operating system is controlled by a 10.1” HD tablet interface and features self-adjusting grinders. A multiple variety of operator adjustable, Steam milk recipes are available through the android software. With a flexible and customizable operating system powered by Android™.
Two standard self-adjusting grinders make precise adjustments to the coffee grind settings automatically for maintaining consistent taste and volume in each cup, on each machine, and at each location.
Next Top Milk This top line model uses a compact milk refrigerator which sits neatly beside the NEXT with the option to also be placed below the counter. Capable of holding 1 full gallon or 2-0.7 gallons of milk on the twin milk model option. This refrigerator pumps milk directly into the espresso machine and includes a sensor for tracking milk levels–taking any room for error out of the frothing equation.
Also featuring the unique option for cold milk foaming capability, the Next Top Milk model is compatible with the iSteam, Multi-Milk, and Credit Card reading add-ons

CONFIGURATION I STEAM The EGRO iSteam is an intelligent steam wand that automatically froths and steams milk to the perfect texture for cappuccinos and lattes. The smart electronic control system injects air based on the type & quantity of milk in the pitcher. When the programmed temperature is reached, the iSteam stops automatically.
The special stainless-steel covering is heat-insulated to make it cool to the touch and easy to clean. Note isteam is not available with twin milk.
COLD FOAM The EGRO Cold Foam feature produces amazing milk foam topping using fresh milk. It is the most stable milk foam in the industry, holding its shape and texture for up to 15 minutes after the drink is made. It is the perfect option for creating new exciting value-added cold drink recipes. Cold milk is not available with twin milk.

Help the taste of your coffee with a BMT Bestmax premium 5 stage filter with magnesium for improved coffee taste or the standard 4 stage protection filter. When selecting the premium line with magnesium, we recommend a water meter so you know when it’s time to change your filter as magnesium will show as a solid on a test strip.
Dial in the setting 1, 2 or 3 on the BWT filter head to match your water hardness and brew system needs. to get the proper protection & longest life based on degree of water hardness. Just twist the all in one cartridge out of the self-closing valve in head and spin the new replacement one in when needed, no water to shut off or turn on before changing,
